Property subdivision specialist- 2 lots in a dual occupancy or multiple lot subdivision in Torrens or Strata titles. Master Plan, document, co ordinate consultants and Manage the development at Council and beyond. Our team of registered building practitioners and registered land surveyor will take the project to completion. The land can be sold unregistered or registered. Unregistered means the subdivision process is incomplete. For example the services are yet to be laid or connected. Lenders will lend on an unregistered land on an Approved in Principle basis which may be valid for a limited time. That can be changed to a normal approval once the land is registered. Once registered the Lender can value the land and you can start building. Subdividing requires all services to be connected before the certificate is issued to the titles office together with the subdivision plan. Whether its a 2 lot subdivision or more, this process is the same.
